Memory 'N Play Games

Our goal at Memory 'N Play Games are to design, develop and sell educational and
entertainment games for the entire family. Our educational games were developed to help
children who have difficulties in math and science. Our math and science match game series
are in the developmental stages and will not be available until the end of the year.

Presently, we are offering for sale on the Internet our Match 'N Play "Cartoon World Match Series"
game. This series is designed to capture young children's attention and strengthen their concentration
by using something they are very familiar with, Cartoons. We are very please with this series and hope
you will be too.

We are located in Columbus, Ohio and was founded in October of 1995.
